Well trained in all areas

Training is a key requirement in any field, so of course it forms part of our installation package. Whenever, wherever you buy our product we offer customised training – at your site or in our head office. Participants in our training sessions find that prior basic knowledge of GSM and/or 3G technology is beneficial. If you need basic technology education in addition to our specialist, product-based training our team of trainers would be happy to help.

Our training sessions comprise both dialogue and workshop elements.
Individual agendas can be prepared according to the participant’s own personal experience level. All participants are provided with training notes as a printout and/or a CD. All training sessions are prepared and planned directly together with the participant’s personal trainer.
